Project Manager / Analyst

Who is Tilroy?
Tilroy is the specialist in cloud omnichannel POS and e-commerce systems. Our cloud software is used by non-food retailers who want a seamless integration of their physical store(s) with their webshop. Our solution makes them not only omnichannel, but also omniconnected with the customer. Our customers are retailers with 1 to hundreds of stores. Because our number of customers is growing rapidly, we are looking for an enthusiastic employee for our customer success department.
What does your day look like?
- As a Project Manager / Analyst, you analyze the customer's processes and translate them into product usage and further product development.
- You start with the identification of technical and functional requirements and create a project plan based on these requirements.
- Then you are responsible for the planning and follow-up of the budget, timing and results to be achieved.You do this simultaneously for different projects.
- You are therefore responsible for operational project management from A to Z.
- You act as a central point of contact for all parties involved both internally and externally.
- For adaptation requests from the customer, you think along with the customer & in consultation with the R&D team you examine the question. You take a clear position and follow up these customer requests from A to Z as project leader.
- You remain the point of contact for your customers in case of further questions/developments and if necessary you dispatch questions to fellow employees.
- You supervise many different projects in which you also follow up existing customers/projects. This from a long-term relational approach.
Are these your strengths?
- You are hands-on, stress resistant, flexible and have excellent project management skills; you coordinate your team and guide your client.
- As a pragmatist and analytical thinker, you contribute to your team's thought process and challenge their ideas.
- You have an eye for detail. You closely follow your team's progress and make sure you deliver a finished product.
- Thanks to your technical background (e.g. as a developer) you are the perfect bridge between client and development team.
- However, you do not have to program yourself, for the more technical details you can lean on a team of digital experts.
- You bring relevant experience as a project manager of medium to large projects within software applications.
- You are strong in building and maintaining a relationship with the customers you manage
- You speak fluent Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
