Business Analyst

Are you the perfect bridge between customer and development team?

Who is Tilroy?

Tilroy is the specialist in cloud omnichannel POS and e-commerce systems. Our cloud software is used by non-food retailers who want a seamless integration of their physical store(s) with their webshop. Our solution makes them not only omnichannel, but also omniconnected with the customer. Our customers are retailers with 1 to hundreds of stores. Because our number of customers is growing rapidly, we are looking for an enthusiastic employee for our customer success department.

What does your day look like?

  • As a Business Analyst, you analyse the customer's processes and translate them into how the product is used and into further product development.
  • You start by identifying the technical, functional and business requirements, and draw up a project plan based on them.
  • You do this for several projects at the same time. These are larger, complex projects that involve custom development and, for example, integrations.
  • You act as the central point of contact for all parties involved, both internally and externally.
  • When a customer requests changes, you think along with them and assess the request together with the R&D team. You take a clear position and, as project lead, follow up on these requests from A to Z.
  • You remain the point of contact for your customers for any further questions or developments, and you pass questions on to colleagues where needed.
  • You guide many different projects while continuing to follow up on existing customers and projects, always with a long-term relationship in mind.

Are these your strengths?

  • You are hands-on, resilient under pressure and flexible, and you have excellent analytical skills.
  • As a pragmatist and analytical thinker, you contribute to your team's thinking and challenge their ideas.
  • You have an eye for detail.
  • Ideally, you have a technical background, which makes you the perfect bridge between the customer and the development team.
  • You don't need to write code yourself, though: for the more technical details, you can rely on a team of digital experts.
  • Ideally, you bring relevant experience as a business analyst.
  • You excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with the customers you manage.
  • You hold a category B driving licence.
  • You speak Dutch fluently and have a good command of English.
