Your role

As Business Development Manager (BDM), you are the commercial face of Tilroy in the Netherlands. You will open doors at retailers in the SME segment and help them discover how our technology can strengthen their daily operations and customer experience.
You work from our office in Breda, but are regularly on the road to visit customers and coordinate with the team in Aartselaar.

What you will do

  • Actively identify, approach and qualify new SME customers in the Dutch retail market.
  • Build and maintain a strong network within the sector.
  • Understanding customer needs and translating these into appropriate Tilroy solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop leads and exploit market opportunities.
  • Contribute to Tilroy's growth in the Netherlands by closing deals and building long-term customer relationships.

Who you are

  • You have experience selling software products or SaaS solutions, ideally in the retail sector.
  • You have a strong network within the Dutch SME retail market.
  • You are commercially driven, but also genuinely interested in customer challenges.
  • You work independently, but enjoy working closely with colleagues in Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
