Tilroy acts as the "Single Source of Truth. Because your physical cash register (POS) and webshop run in the same system, there are no synchronization delays or errors. Stock is updated real-time with every sale or return. This seamlessly supports omnichannel workflows such as Click & Collect and Ship-from-Store.
Does the system offer advanced tools to avoid dead stock and optimize Turnaround?
Yes. You get insight into the Turn Rate per product and the system supports Purchase Proposals based on min/max stock. You can use ABC Analysis and consult detailed inventory reports to optimize purchasing.
How can I count inventory quickly and flawlessly without having to close my store for a long time (downtime)?
You can perform mobile inventory counts with scanners. This process is fast and error-free, minimizes the risk of errors, and synchronizes counts in real time.
Is Tilroy suitable for multiple stores and central warehouses, including transfers between locations?
Yes, you can manage as many stores as you need with Central Inventory Management. The system manages and tracks transfers between locations, and even allows store A to sell an item that is in stock in store B.
How does Tilroy guarantee integration with your third-party ERP or e-commerce platform?
Tilroy is extensible and configurable through open APIs. You can use existing integrations or connect to the Tilroy API. We recommend that you contact an expert to check out the specific connection.
Can I continue to use my existing barcodes and scanners for inventory management and inventory?
All UPC, EAN or other barcodes from your previous system can be transferred. Tilroy also automatically creates barcodes for new items. You can use barcode scanners and handheld scanners that link directly to your Tilroy cash register and inventory management.
What is the expected implementation time and cost for data migration of my inventory?
The startup time depends on the size of your business, but in principle, you can be up and running with your cash registers within a week of ordering. If you have data lists (such as Excel or CSV), we can probably upload them into Tilroy at no additional cost.
If the system goes down or the Internet connection goes down, is my inventory data safe and can I keep working?
Your data is safe in the Cloud with great attention to information security and data backup. In case of Internet connection failure, you can process sales offline at standard or promo prices and everything is synchronized as soon as you are back online.
