Snow and Rock Tilroy

54 Snow+Rock stores (UK) are working with Tilroy Cloud cash registers at the same time.

Snow+Rock Ltd. Is a famous Sports & outdoor chain in the United Kingdom and Ireland. It has successfully executed an important migration on October 28th. That day all 54 stores started working with Tilroy Cloud cash register software. Prosteps’ online POS replaces classic, locally installed cash registers.

This project marks a new era at Snow+Rock and its new owner: the A.S. Adventure Group. The A.S Adventure group has been appealing to Prosteps for the development of ERP, WMS and Omnichannel systems for the chains A.S Adventure, Bever (NL) and Cotswold Outdoor (UK) for years. The processes of Snow+Rock were integrated with the existing ERP-systems by the A.S Adventure team along with Prosteps after the take-over earlier this year. Since then, Snow+Rock can rely on a high technological management platform and store management so it is ready to grow.

The last couple of years Prosteps has launched an online cash register system called Tilroy. This unique POS system contains an ERP for store and stock management, an integrated e-commerce platform. It also contains all omnichannel functionality that a modern store could wish for. The web based platform runs in browsers on any device and is being offered according to a subscription formula. Moreover Prosteps developed an enterprise connector for Tilroy so that the online cash registers can be added to existing ERP systems similar to Snow+Rock.

The new A.S. Adventure store in Antwerp was successfully transferred to Tilroy two weeks ago. One of the great advantage of the online SaaS model (adding stores and cash registers do not require local installations) is that the 54 stores of Snow+Rock could all transfer at the same time. That way the A.S Adventure group has the ultimate freedom to expand without having to deal with complicated technical interventions.
